Hotel General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Team Management: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week
Work Environment:
