About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at EXTOP ROOFING LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on various locations, including residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy conditions, and outdoors. You will also be required to work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work site environment: At heights, noisy, outdoors.
  • Work setting: Various locations, residential.
  • Tasks: Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, hand-eye coordination, repetitive tasks.
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal suitability: Dependability, reliability, team player.
  • Experience: Will train.
