Position Overview

Lally Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee our plumbing operations. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our projects and the effective management of our team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain production and operational reports
  • Supervise and manage plumbing staff and project activities
  • Facilitate training sessions or organize training for team members
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop strategies to meet work schedules and collaborate with other departments
  • Order and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 5-10 plumbers
Work Environment
