Position Overview

Lally Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to take on the role of Plumbing Supervisor. This position requires a strong background in plumbing operations and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other documentation
  • Oversee and manage workers and various plumbing projects
  • Facilitate training sessions or coordinate training for team members
  • Plan and schedule activities to ensure efficient workflow
  • Enforce health and safety regulations within the workplace
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines and coordinate with other departments
  • Order and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Direct supervision of a team of plumbers
  • Manage a workforce of 5-10 individuals
Work Environment
