We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loan Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service
  • Follow up on past due customer accounts
  • Manage cash controls, including taking payments
  • Commit to personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience

Requirements:
