Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Product Development: Develop and implement new product lines, including baked goods and pastries, to meet customer demands and increase sales.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
