Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in the development, scheduling, and coordination of occupational therapy services to a unit or designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs to meet the needs of patients and clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current registration with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
