HVAC Field Service Technician Opportunity

Engineered Air, a leading manufacturer of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation products, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Field Service Technician to join our team in Montreal, Quebec.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to provide technical support on indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment in the field. The successful candidate will work independently and demonstrate a professional attitude while keeping the company's interests in mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on HVAC equipment
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and work independently
  • Accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines
  • Occasional work outside regular business hours and travel in and out of province may be required

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Tag 1 or G. 1 Certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of RBQ (Regis du Batiment du Quebec) and CSA B is an asset
  • One or two years of related design, production, or service experience is advantageous
  • Experience in HVAC systems and control systems is desirable

Skills:

  • Valid Driver's License and a clean abstract are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • Proven ability to problem solve in challenging situations
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
