As a Senior Consultant/Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing system implementations, working closely with clients and our Finance Transformation advisory team to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead scoping, implementation, and deployment projects for Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, analyze business requirements, and develop solution blueprints.
- Design, configure, and test models and integrations, as well as develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to senior-level client stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Support business development activities, contribute to proposal development, and participate in internal and external marketing events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Adaptive product features and capabilities, including integrated business planning industry leading practices.
- Mentor and train Consultants and Senior Consultants within the EPM Practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of super-user experience or 2+ years implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive Planning, and/or Workday Adaptive Platform Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and SQL language is a plus.
- Strong business and functional knowledge related to budgeting and planning processes, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, lead teams, and project deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and define problems and develop creative solutions.
