About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Masterpiece Granite & Marble Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Oversee the authorization of payments by cheque, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Exhibit Design and Development: Collaborate with designers to plan and develop permanent and temporary exhibits and displays for trade shows, conventions, and retail spaces.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet business objectives.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise and develop strategies to increase sales volumes and improve merchandising.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Design and Development: Design settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting to enhance customer experiences.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
