Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Labourer to join our team at Hofer Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Perform labouring duties in warehouses, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

Our warehouse and transportation operations take place in a cold/refrigerated environment, with occasional exposure to odours. You will be required to work in a physically demanding role, involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as handling heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
