Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Trucks and Delivery Drivers: Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Labouring Duties in Warehouses: Perform labouring duties in warehouses, including receiving and storing goods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the transportation industry.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
