Senior Endpoint Administrator

Arctic Wolf is seeking a highly skilled Senior Endpoint Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for advancing our endpoint management strategy and ensuring the security and integrity of our endpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain endpoint security policies and baselines
- Develop and implement repeatable and reusable standard operating procedures and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint security and compliance
- Provide consultation and support for endpoint-related issues and incidents
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our endpoint security posture remains strong
- 6+ years of experience in endpoint security and management
- Advanced knowledge of endpoint security tools and technologies, including Jamf and Jamf Protect
- Experience with Windows Intune MDM and Okta IDP
- Strong understanding of security baselines and mSCP Security framework
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced knowledge of two or more MDM platforms
- Experience with data logging and monitoring tools, such as Splunk
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications and Entra ID
