Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofers Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and other construction personnel
  • Plan and schedule projects, including estimating materials and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to meet project requirements
  • Monitor and control project expenses and ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing or construction management
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
