Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Roofing Supervisor at Flynn Canada Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems on various construction sites. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of roofers and apprentices to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire new team members as needed.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all construction sites.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
