About the Role

Sander Geophysics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Assist in the procurement of goods and services, including preparing purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and verifying stock availability.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that received goods meet our quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with inventory control software.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license.
