Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to clients with various health needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a recognized health care aide program or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and transferring clients.
