We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Guangson Consulting Richmond Ltd. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating meetings.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Requirements
  • Education
