Position Overview

The North Transportation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our delivery processes and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the transportation or logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other operational reports to assess performance.
  • Supervise delivery personnel and manage various projects to ensure efficiency.
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for the training of new staff members.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for operations.
