About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, such as promotions and marketing campaigns, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
