POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in:
- Collaborating with various internal departments and external agencies to create engaging in-store and online promotional materials, including displays, flyers, and digital advertisements.
- Overseeing the execution of retailer programs and events, such as buying shows.
- Managing product sample orders and maintaining inventory levels.
- Assisting cross-functional teams with their marketing needs and requests.
- Maintaining reports on brand performance and conducting analyses using Nielsen sales data.
- Coordinating with agencies to prepare promotional and media materials, ensuring all requirements are met and orders are verified upon receipt.
- Providing sales teams with essential data, market trends, forecasts, and analyses, while also addressing customer service inquiries.
- Supporting the training team in organizing training sessions for account executives and beauty advisors.
- Assisting the sales team in planning trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating necessary resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who possess:
Essential Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce.
- Experience in creating marketing content.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- French language skills are a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Capability to excel in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- A quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
