Position Overview

The Food Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service within our establishment. This role requires a keen focus on quality control and staff management to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Scope

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
