Job Title: Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team at Progressive Environmental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage abatement and demolition projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed safely and to specification.
  • Lead and mentor crews on-site, providing clear direction and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage site logistics, including resource allocation, scheduling, and equipment management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the abatement and demolition industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with prior experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of abatement procedures, safety regulations, and demolition best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Relevant certifications in abatement and demolition are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
