Join our Digital Solutions team as a Power Platform Technical Lead (Bilingual). In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and execution of solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Integration Services. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of business workflows, data analytics, and the capability to create and integrate solutions that improve operational effectiveness and facilitate digital transformation.

This role is office-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Design and deploy Azure Integration Services to link various data sources and services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in security, governance, and data integrity.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and features in Power Platform and Azure services.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Power Platforms.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of MNP's services, business operations, and industry landscape.
- Promote MNP's presence through discussions at community events, including client and company-sponsored functions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Power Platform and Azure services are advantageous.
- Fluency in written and spoken French is essential (Bilingual).
- Proven history of successful project delivery in a comparable role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages, Copilot Studio).
- Extensive experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
- Ability to design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to innovate, and a collaborative spirit.
