Job Title: Senior Power Platforms Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platforms Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Power Platforms Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our developed applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Assist the project team of consultants and analysts to maintain our high level of quality and ensure best practices are adhered to.
  • Demonstrate a firm understanding of Power Platforms and its applications.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses, and industry through experiential learning with clients.
  • Network and take a leadership role in the local professional, business, and community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a College's Diploma, Bachelor's Degree and/or MBA degree, or equivalent.
  • Effective Time Management and organization skills.
  • Proven track record of successful program/project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience with RPA technology which can be used for the development of solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform components.
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform stack of tools including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Experience developing enterprise solutions with the Power Platform stack of tools.
  • Passion for the IT and the Software world.
  • Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken) and a taste for teamwork.
  • Bilingual (French).
