Lead Expert Wealth Management Solutions Specialist

At National Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our wealth management solutions team. As a Lead Expert, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to a team of financial planning advisors, estate planning advisors, and analysts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver financial and estate planning services to our wealth management advisors and clients.
- Prioritize, hire, and fill positions in the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize team member contributions and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure alignment of strategies with national and regional leaders.
- Communicate regularly with national and regional management to ensure optimal execution of service offerings.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability of expert services.
- Be responsible for the quality of services offered and develop strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Hold a TEP title or accreditation, or a master's degree in finance or actuarial science.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial and estate planning or wealth transfer.
- Excellent knowledge of the wealth management industry and experience in team management.
- Ability to develop multidisciplinary teams and ensure their commitment to achieving common objectives.
