Lead Brand Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Brand Designer to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our brand platform, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and user needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, including creative direction, conceptual art development, mood boards, and brand narratives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to infuse the brand strategy into developing specialized campaigns.
  • Ensure design decisions are considered within the greater context across products and platforms.
  • Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mentor and support designers within the Brand & Marketing team and across other business units.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience with a proven track record in leading brand and marketing design projects.
  • Strong mentorship skills and the ability to inspire and motivate designers.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mastery of creative and art direction, typography, color theory, and composition; proficiency in industry design and collaboration tools.
