Position Overview

The role of a Systems Technical Support Analyst at AIS WEB TECHNOLOGIES involves providing essential support to users encountering challenges with their computer systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure effective problem resolution.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users facing technical difficulties with their computers.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to investigate and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and solutions for reference by fellow technical support analysts.
  • Engage in the enhancement of applications and software systems.
  • Oversee the work of other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet services in response to user needs.
  • Prepare equipment for employee utilization, ensuring the correct installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 technical support staff.

Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
