Well Cementing Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cement Operations Manager to join our team at Magnum Cementing Services. As a Cement Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and successful cementing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and Mentor Personnel: Direct and motivate the work of others to ensure effective team performance.
- Execute Cementing Jobs: Ensure successful execution of cementing jobs according to design and client specifications.
- Ensure Efficient Operations: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of cementing jobs.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to and enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on cementing jobs, including end-of-well, end-of-month, and incident reports.
- Develop Procedures: Develop and maintain procedures to ensure high-level service and compliance with company policies.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an oil and gas cementing supervisor and in operating pumpers.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate the work of others.
- Driver's License: Valid class 1 (Canada) / class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Abilities: Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg, bending, standing, gripping, sitting/driving, walking, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and other software, as required.
- Oilfield Tickets: Possesses oilfield tickets.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated continuous improvement.
- Cement and Bulk Equipment: Experience operating cement and bulk equipment.
- Twin Pumper and Deep Hole Cementing: Twin pumper and deep hole cementing experience.
- Remedial Cementing: Remedial cementing experience.
