Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure that our inventory is always stocked and up-to-date.
  • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our menu and service standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure that we have a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
