Résumé du Poste

L'Analyste Financier Senior agira en tant que partenaire stratégique et financier essentiel pour le groupe des Solutions Technologiques. Il/Elle sera chargé(e) de domaines financiers cruciaux tels que le processus de planification budgétaire à long terme et le processus de prévision, tout en développant et en mettant en œuvre des modèles financiers adaptés à l'entreprise. Les responsabilités incluent, sans s'y limiter :

Responsabilités Spécifiques :

  • Servir de partenaire financier pour les dirigeants de l'Unité Commerciale.
  • Agir en tant que partenaire commercial pour prévoir avec précision les activités de revenus et de dépenses à venir.
  • Diriger les cycles de budget et de prévision pour l'Unité Commerciale.
  • Participer au processus d'analyse financière, notamment en élaborant des cas d'affaires financiers et en documentant les hypothèses sous-jacentes.
  • Améliorer les processus et systèmes pour accroître l'efficacité des livrables de reporting, de planification et de prévision.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris la direction, pour développer des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), maintenir et créer des tableaux de bord financiers, et préparer des présentations d'états financiers.
  • Identifier et suivre les risques et opportunités pour l'Unité Commerciale, tout en fournissant des recommandations proactives pour atténuer les risques et exploiter les opportunités.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus financiers pour mieux répondre aux besoins des responsables de centres de coûts.
  • Travailler avec la direction pour préparer des présentations financières.
  • Identifier les principaux moteurs de performance et préparer des tableaux de bord pour les suivre.
  • Fournir des rapports de variance mensuels précis et en temps opportun aux parties prenantes clés.
  • Contribuer à l'avancement de projets spéciaux.
  • Offrir un soutien à la prise de décision, en identifiant et en articulant les tendances et développements émergents liés aux unités commerciales soutenues.

Exigences du Poste :

  • Diplôme en Commerce avec une spécialisation en Finance ou Comptabilité, avec une désignation comptable (CPA).
  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Expertise démontrée en planification et analyse financières, avec une capacité à comprendre des situations commerciales complexes.
  • Capacité à gérer des délais serrés dans un environnement dynamique, avec une pensée stratégique et proactive, et une approche flexible des solutions commerciales.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) – écrit et oral.
  • Esprit d'équipe.
  • Compétences analytiques solides, capable de relier clairement les résultats financiers aux moteurs de performance opérationnelle, et capable de gérer et de prioriser plusieurs projets.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de communiquer les problèmes opérationnels affectant la performance de l'entreprise, et de maintenir des relations à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office – WORD, EXCEL et POWERPOINT. Une expérience avec Epicor et Salesforce serait un atout.
  • Capacité à remettre en question le statu quo et à influencer le processus décisionnel.

Le titulaire de ce poste devra fournir un soutien quotidien à des clients internes et/ou externes. Par conséquent, une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral est requise.
