About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to support our analytics initiatives and supplement our Data Management Program (DMP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our data pipelines and business intelligence dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to validate ETL processes and data quality.
  • ETL Validation: Validate ETL processes used to create data sets for self-service and analytics.
  • Business Intelligence Dashboard Validation: Validate business intelligence dashboards and analytics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Data Quality Rule and Cleansing Script Validation: Validate data quality rules and data cleansing scripts to ensure data integrity.
  • Documentation: Document all test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of ETL processes, SQL, and data quality principles. Experience with defect management software, test planning, and agile methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Test Automation: Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium.
