We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team at Tiger Analytics, LLC. As a key member of our marketing analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product management, and data science, to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and facilitate workshops to build omni-channel marketing product strategies, leveraging your expertise in data analytics and marketing.
- Consulting Services: Provide expert guidance to clients on roadmap development and project planning for marketing frameworks and data-driven solutions.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of various marketing analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Reporting & Communication: Clearly articulate project status, challenges, and benefits to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms to generate actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing strategy and program management with a focus on digital analytics.
- Experience working with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in designing and facilitating design thinking workshops using Mural board.
- Pharma and/or digital marketing background is preferred.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau and Power BI, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
