Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring patients receive nutritious and delicious meals.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring patient rooms are tidy and organized.
- Transport patients to and from appointments, activities, and other destinations, using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
- Respond to patient call signals, providing timely and compassionate care.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
