Nursing Assistant

Sardion Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Services Aide to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Help patients with mobility and transfer activities.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.
