Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Agency Operations Manager to join our team at Manulife. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize agency performance and efficiency
  • Manage agency relationships, including vendor onboarding and offboarding, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of brand assets, including guidelines, logos, and tools
  • Lead annual creative agency planning, oversee retainer utilization, and deliver agency spend reporting
  • Work closely with corporate partners to nurture agency relationships and effective ways of working
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations or project management, preferably in a creative agency environment
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Marketing or brand experience is an asset, but not required
