Senior Corporate Services and Tax Manager

The selected candidate will serve as a vital link between partners and clients, engaging in the assessment of client documentation, delivering specialized knowledge, and taking on leadership responsibilities for intricate cases.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor junior and intermediate accountants as part of the Senior Accounting team.
- Exhibit a high degree of accountability and initiative to thrive in a dynamic professional services setting.
- Ensure quality control by supervising and evaluating Compilation and Review Engagements.
- Review Corporate, Personal, and Trust income tax returns along with other tax-related documents.
- Provide recommendations based on the analysis of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
- Conduct technical research and formulate tax planning strategies for individuals and corporations.
- Assist in executing corporate reorganizations.
Oversee the organization and prioritization of tasks for Staff Accountants, including managing engagement costs and billing processes.
Client Portfolio ManagementManage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their requirements are met while fostering growth and development in relationships and accounts.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- CA or CPA designation with a minimum of 5 years of public practice experience addressing the accounting and taxation needs of private enterprises and their stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicable accounting frameworks and best practices in file documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability in results management.
