Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Attention to detail is essential in this role, as the Director of Education Services will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are carried out with precision and accuracy.
- The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as the Director will be required to move around the facility and interact with staff and customers.
