WHAT WE REQUIRE?

The Retail Team Supervisor serves as a vital link between the leadership team and sales associates, aiding in the operational aspects of the store while inspiring the team to surpass objectives. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor provides essential support and coverage in the absence of Store and Assistant Managers. They exemplify exemplary sales and customer service behaviors, fostering an environment that prioritizes a consistent, exceptional, and positive shopping experience for both customers and staff.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; experience in luxury retail is advantageous;
  • A proven track record of effectively leading a sales team and being recognized as a leader among peers;
  • Experience with POS systems, daily financial procedures, and timely report submissions;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience;
  • The ability to collaborate with others while being self-driven;
  • Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Foster a customer-centric selling culture and cultivate brand loyalty through extensive product knowledge;
  • Collaborate with store management to implement action plans that enhance results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities;
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the leadership team that drive productivity and improve store operations;
  • Assist in onboarding and training new associates alongside store management;
  • Coach team members on customer service principles and provide constructive feedback;
  • Help resolve customer service issues effectively;
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to optimize store operational efficiency;
  • Communicate performance feedback to store management regarding individual and team contributions;
  • Ensure team members receive scheduled breaks and meal periods;
  • Encourage open communication on the sales floor;
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures, as well as any inventory tasks as directed.
