Key Responsibilities
  • Work in close partnership with the Finance team to forecast commission expenditures and collaborate with the Sales Organization to resolve commission-related inquiries, serving as both an advocate for the Sales team and a responsible steward of the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or analytics, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Captivate IQ is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or a related field.
  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Captivate or similar incentive compensation management tools, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau, is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery or any SQL is a plus.
  • Background in the martech industry is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
