We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality fabrics, seeking a talented Fabric Designer to join our team. As a Fabric Designer at Northcott Silk Inc, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and artistic designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new fabric collections that showcase your artistic vision and creativity.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to ensure that our fabrics meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the textile industry, and incorporate this knowledge into your designs.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop designs that meet these requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fabric design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of color theory, texture, and pattern.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
