SageBeans RPO is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing, writing, and editing technical material for various reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical publications.
Key Responsibilities- Outline, write, and edit content while working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Architects in various teams and departments.
- Gather information from SMEs and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Work with technical leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Follow and maintain standard templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in the Technology field.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in working with SMEs and Architects to improve user experience by refining content, and create visuals for technical support content.
- Understanding of AWS and GCP solutions and platforms.
- Professional certification (e.g., Society for Technical Communication).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Journalism, or Communications.
- Solid grip of Confluence, Miro, Share points, and Office 365.
