Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, identify and label items received, and catalogue items to ensure efficient stock management.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell spare and replacement parts to customers, set up displays of retail parts and accessories, and advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
- Operations: Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping, and maintain a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and maintaining the office, supply area, or warehouse.
- Logistics: Process incoming requisitions, prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, and ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) to move products or supplies, and stand for extended periods to perform tasks in the retail area.
- Cognitive Abilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Client Focus: Excellent oral communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and client focus to ensure excellent customer service.
