Restaurant Manager Job Description

Zyka Elevated Indian Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement budget plans to control costs and ensure profitability.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Modify menu offerings and pricing to align with budget goals and customer preferences.
  • Monitor revenue and labor costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use.
  • Lead and instruct staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing financials, staff, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Food Safety Certificate and knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and point-of-sale systems.
