We are seeking an experienced Auditor Supervisor to join our team at Antares Professional Corporation Chartered Professional Accountants. As an Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, supervising staff, and training staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing high-quality work.
- Train staff on accounting systems and procedures to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
- Prepare reports and audit findings to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Examine accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide financial, business, and tax advice to stakeholders.
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting and auditing.
- Chartered Accountants (CA) Designation.
- Criminal record check.
- Credit check.
- Eligible for professional liability insurance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
