Auditor Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Auditor Supervisor to join our team at Antares Professional Corporation Chartered Professional Accountants. As an Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, supervising staff, and ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Train staff on accounting systems and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and knowledgeable.
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
- Prepare reports and audit findings to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Examine accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide financial, business, and tax advice to stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in accounting and auditing.
- Chartered Accountants (CA) Designation.
- Criminal record check.
- Credit check.
- Eligible for professional liability insurance.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
