Position Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will showcase your culinary skills and passion for food, ensuring the highest quality in every dish. You will collaborate effectively with your team, maintain a clean work environment, and accommodate guest preferences.
Primary Duties:
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Sous Chef, Head Chef, or General Manager
- Prepare daily dishes in accordance with O&B standards
- Adhere to recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain an organized prep list and comply with food safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and proper food storage
- Sanitize food preparation areas and equipment
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary diploma/degree is preferred
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Serve Safe certification is required
