Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Artisan Butcher/Cutter to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the quality and cut of meat products, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Serve customers from the service meat counter, promoting service counter meat products, offering meal solutions, and providing product knowledge and cooking tips.
- Recommend and sell customers meat products using suggestive selling skills.
- Prepare specialty meat cuts as per customer specification, ensuring quality and cut compliance with Company standards.
- Maintain the safety and sanitation of the department, adhering to Company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven exceptional customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cutting and/or culinary experience is an asset.
