About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Product Administrator to join our team at 019983 Hub Capital Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading full-service global insurance broker and financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients (Advisors) through seamless transaction processing and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Work closely with the National Investments team to handle account updates, openings, and business transactions.
  • Process incoming mutual and segregated fund trades, including new account openings, non-financial trades, and investment transfers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, identifying and correcting errors as required.
  • Liaise with carriers and fund companies on behalf of advisors, providing expert support and guidance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the investment industry, with prior administrative experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain consistent results and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in typing and utilizing computer applications, including the MS Office suite.
