Role Overview

The Dealdesk Specialist plays a pivotal role in Sales Operations at Allocate, serving as the frontline representative for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams. This dynamic position offers exposure to various departments, allowing for immense growth and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The Dealdesk Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing the inbound Dealdesk inbox help requests
  • Triage and handle basic commercial queries
  • Managing commercial processes, including quote to cash lifecycle, renewals, and adherence to RLDatix commercial standards
  • Drafting contract amendments and reviewing legally binding documents
  • Document management and other tasks as required by the Sales Systems and Commercials Manager

Deliverables and Metrics

The Dealdesk Specialist will be measured on:

  • Accuracy and timeliness of responses to queries
  • Ability to assist on other matters as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Finance or business background
  • Experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of quote to cash lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead without authority
  • Willingness to adapt and learn

Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience working with a global Sales team, exposure to creating and improving organizational processes, and knowledge of SAAS business model are highly desirable.
